When it comes to roof racks for your vehicle, UPRACKS uses a 100% aluminium alloy construction to create a lightweight option that won't add unnecessary weight to your roof. It's important to remember that whether you're driving off-road or not, it's crucial to properly arrange your equipment inside and outside the vehicle. The rails of your roof rack should be placed to have a low load centre, and the roof load should be minimized to avoid dangerous swaying. UPRACKS' aluminium construction offers a better load capacity than heavier iron or steel options. Make sure to follow your vehicle manufacturer's maximum load specifications.
UPRACKS offers roof racks that weigh as little as 14-34 kg, depending on the rack size. For example, if your vehicle has a 100 kg maximum load capacity, the net weight you can carry on the roof would be 75 kg, with an aluminium roof rack that weighs only 25 kg. But with an iron or steel roof rack that weighs at least three times more, you can only carry 25 kg on the roof. UPRACKS offers leg kits for any vehicle and can be attached with 3-7 legs per side, providing maximum flexibility.
The profiles that make up the frame and usable platform of UPRACKS roof racks feature a special slot allowing for the attachment of any accessories with a "slide-in-all" system. All UPRACKS roof racks, leg kits, and accessories are treated with cataphoresis and powder-coated black. Nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel and galvanized iron. Upon request, UPRACKS can provide a non-treated roof rack in polished natural aluminium.
